When filling the hydraulic oil in the oil tank, it must be filtered according to the requirements of the system. Keep the tank mouth, barrel mouth, funnel and other utensils clean when filling oil. Be sure to flush after installation and before operation to remove the original dirt inside the components and systems.
② Control the oil temperature. The temperature in the fuel tank is generally not more than 60 ℃, and the high temperature should not exceed the critical value allowed by the hydraulic equipment.
③ Waterproof and water release. A drain valve must be set at the bottom of the oil tank, and the oil tank, pipelines and cooler pipes shall be sealed without water leakage.
