1. First of all, we must understand the principle of the machine and the corresponding structural performance, and carry out the pressure test according to the instructions for use.
2. After turning on the power, start the motor and observe whether the direction of rotation is correct.

3. During pressure test, the system valve should be adjusted to the selected pressure test value.
4. Pay special attention to the temperature change of hydraulic oil during debugging. The appropriate temperature of the general hydraulic system is 40-50 ℃. When working at this temperature, the efficiency of the hydraulic components is high, and the oxidation resistance of the oil is in a state. If the working temperature exceeds 80 ℃, the oil will deteriorate early (every 10 ℃ increase, the deterioration rate of the oil will increase by 2 times), and it will also cause the viscosity to decrease, the lubrication performance to deteriorate, the oil film is easy to break, and the hydraulic parts are easy to burn. Therefore, the working temperature of the hydraulic oil should not exceed 70~80 ℃, when more than this temperature, should stop cooling or take forced cooling measures.
