Solution: select high-quality large companies to produce tubing.
2. The installation or fixing of the pipeline does not meet the requirements. Many technicians do not consider whether the length, angle, and thread of the pipeline are appropriate when designing, and force the installation configuration, which causes the pipeline to deform, generates installation stress, reduces the service life, and causes oil leakage. Solution: Reduce the length, angle and number of bends of the pipeline, and fix the pipeline.
3. The O-ring at the pipeline connection is aging or worn. The O-ring is to seal the pipeline connection. If it is used for a long time, the O-ring will age and cannot play its due sealing role. Solution: Replace the new O-ring.

3. The seals of the hydraulic cylinder are aging or worn seriously, resulting in oil leakage when the hydraulic cylinder is pressurized. Solution: Disassemble the hydraulic cylinder and replace the new seal.
3. hydraulic valve block leaks oil
1. There is a problem with the quality of the valve block. There are blisters, which cause oil leakage. The solution: check the oil leakage valve block to see if it has maintenance value, otherwise replace it directly with a new one;
2. The valve block is not installed properly, resulting in oil leakage at the connection. It should be removed and reinstalled;
3. The valve block seal is aging or damaged, causing oil leakage. The solution: remove the valve block, replace the new seal, and reinstall it.
Oil leakage of 4. hydraulic pump
1. If there is a problem with the quality of the hydraulic pump seal or the oil leakage caused by aging, it should be disassembled and replaced with a new seal;
2. The external oil pipe of the hydraulic pump is loose, the pipe joint is damaged, the O-ring is aging or cracks are produced. The solution: after disassembling, replace the new O-ring and reinstall it;
3. The internal components of the hydraulic pump are aging or severely worn, causing oil leakage. The solution: directly replace the new hydraulic pump.
