Before the installation of the hydraulic system, various preparatory operations shall be done according to relevant skills and data:
1. Preparation and familiarity of skill materials
Hydraulic system schematic diagram, electrical schematic diagram, piping layout, hydraulic components, accessories, pipe fittings list and related component samples, etc., these data should be prepared completely, so that engineering technicians are familiar with and study the specific content and skill requirements one by one.
2. Material preparation
According to the hydraulic system diagram and hydraulic parts list, check the number of hydraulic parts, confirm the quality of all hydraulic components. In particular, it is necessary to strictly check the quality of the pressure gauge, find out the inspection date of the pressure gauge, and re-check the pressure gauge with too long inspection time to ensure accuracy and reliability.
3. Quality inspection
Hydraulic components are easily contaminated and corroded during transportation or inventory. Too long inventory time will cause the seals in hydraulic components to age and lose sealing. Some hydraulic components are not reliable in function due to poor processing and installation quality, so it is necessary to carry out strict quality inspection on components.
