One: residual such as paint peeling, welding slag, etc. during assembly. Before assembly, the inner surface of the fuel tank must be strictly cleaned, and the inner wall of the fuel tank must be painted after strict rust removal and oil stain removal.

It can be equipped with a copper mesh oil filter of about 100 mesh to filter the oil added to the fuel tank; it can also be filtered with a paper core, which has better effect, but the ability to communicate with the atmosphere is poor, so the paper core filter element has a larger capacity. In order to prevent the dirt in the fuel tank from being sucked into the pump by the outside, a partition plate should be installed in the fuel tank to separate the oil return area from the oil suction area. Through the partition, the rest time of the oil in the oil tank can be extended, the oxidation and deterioration of the oil can be prevented, and on the other hand, it is also conducive to the precipitation of dirt. The height of the diaphragm is 3/4 of the height of the oil surface. The bottom plate of the hydraulic brick oil tank should be inclined. The degree of inclination of the bottom plate depends on the size of the oil tank and the viscosity of the oil used. Generally, an oil drain plug is set at the low part of the bottom plate of the oil tank to remove the dirt accumulated at the bottom of the oil tank. The distance between the suction pipe and the height of the bottom plate should be 150 plus 10 or more to prevent dirt from being sucked.

Three: reduce the generation of dirt in the system

Prevent the generation of condensed moisture in the fuel tank: an air filter with sufficient capacity must be selected to discharge the heated air on the top of the fuel tank as soon as possible, and will not condense into water droplets on the cold fuel tank cap and fall into the fuel tank; On the other hand, the large-capacity air filter or vent can eliminate the difference between the space on the top of the fuel tank and the atmospheric pressure, and prevent dust from being brought in from the outside when the top layer.
