Solenoid valve is by electromagnetic iron through, power off command oil flow (oil) movement.
When the electromagnets 1DT and 2DT at both ends are not energized, the valve core is centered with the spring, and the valve core is in the neutral position. The oil ports A, B, P and T are not communicated with each other, which is indicated by the middle box of the functional symbol. The oil cylinder does not move figure (a).
When the electromagnet 1DT is energized, the iron core is attracted, and the valve core is pushed to move to the right position through the push rod. P communicates with A, and B communicates with T. Pressure oil enters the left chamber of the oil cylinder and pushes the piston assembly of the cylinder to move to the right: the oil return from the left chamber of the cylinder returns to the oil tank by the B- T (B).
When the electromagnet 2DT is energized, the iron core is attracted, and the valve core is pushed to move to the left through the push rod. P and B are connected, and A and T are connected. Pressure oil enters the right chamber of the cylinder, pushing the cylinder piston assembly to move to the left; the oil return from the left chamber of the cylinder is A & rarr;T to the oil tank. Note the left position of the spool, while in the graphical symbol, the right box represents the figure (c).
