11. After the training, the vertical car should be cleaned and kept clean, the tailstock and carriage should be moved to the position at the end of the bed, and the power supply of the vertical car should be cut off.
12, vertical car in the work of failure or abnormal phenomenon should be immediately shut down, protect the site, at the same time immediately report to the site responsible.
13. The operator is forbidden to modify the vertical parameters. If necessary, you must notify the device administrator and ask the device administrator to modify it.
14. Understand the technical requirements of the part drawing and check whether there are defects in the size and shape of the blank. Choose a reasonable method of installing parts.
