The problem of pressure drop in the numerical control straightening hydraulic press is related to the aging and leakage of the oil seal of the solenoid valve and hydraulic cylinder, the blockage and leakage of the solenoid valve core by debris, and the fracture or obstruction of the hydraulic pump blade.
Most of the automation equipment of the numerical control straightening hydraulic press has corresponding working years. The machinery and equipment have been running for a long time. It is inevitable that there are various parts and components. There are many reasons why the numerical control straightening hydraulic press has no working pressure. If you do not know what type and specification of the machinery and equipment are, you can start with some basic maintenance knowledge. When the hydraulic system of construction machinery has insufficient working pressure or pressure drop, you can check according to the following methods.
1. Pump wear and aging
If you find that the pump is not normal, stick your palm on the oil pipeline, and when the CNC straightening hydraulic press presses the workpiece during work, if the attraction is very large, the hydraulic pump is normal. On the contrary, check whether the motor is aging. If the motor is really aging, it will produce a lot of noise. The motor does not move the oil pump, and the motor is choked and the sound becomes louder.
2. Component oil spill fault
If the oil pipeline spills, the working pressure set by the hydraulic valve is likely to drop pressure. At this time, the pressure regulating spring of the overflow valve can be tightened. If the working pressure of the numerical control straightening hydraulic press does not change, the conical valve body of the main valve core and pilot part of the overflow valve has pollutants, or the possibility of getting stuck in the opening due to rust is very high. Or because the spring breaks and loses its function; Or because the damping hole is blocked, the hydraulic oil output from the pump directly flows into the oil tank through the overflow valve, resulting in insufficient working pressure or pressure.
The exclusion method is, Disassemble the overflow valve and clean it; detect or replace the spring to restore its working performance.
3. Overflow valve failure
If the overflow valve of the numerical control straightening hydraulic press is abnormal, it is very likely that a valve in the working pressure oil circuit is stuck with dirt or other reasons and is located at the oil return part, causing the working pressure oil circuit to be connected with the overflow circuit. It is also very likely that the pipe joints fall off, or some valves located in the working pressure oil circuit leak seriously, or the seals of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors are damaged, causing serious leakage.
The solution isRemove the relevant valve components to carry out cleaning, check the size of the sealing gap and various sealing devices. If the sealing device is damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
4. Hydraulic pump failure
If the flow increases with the working pressure and significantly reduced, while the working pressure does not reach the specified value, it is because the CNC straightening hydraulic machine hydraulic pump damage caused by the expansion of the gap.
Solution: Measure the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic pump to determine whether the pump can continue to be used. For severely damaged parts, repair or replacement should be carried out.
After checking whether all hydraulic transmission systems of CNC straightening hydraulic press can build up normal working pressure. There is no working pressure in some pipelines or hydraulic cylinders (hydraulic motors), and it is also likely that it is caused by the blockage of pipelines, throttle valves, reversing valves and other components. Check the working pressure and whether the hydraulic oil passes through section by section, find the reason and solve it.
