1. After receiving the equipment, first check whether the machine is intact.
2. Close the oil filler on the hydraulic oil tank and fill 120KG anti-wear hydraulic oil (68# or 46#).
3. Close the circuit control box and check whether the air switch can be in OFF form. There are 4 vacancies on the line row in the lower left corner, 1-3 positions are the front line, and 4 positions are the zero line. Please connect to the wall air switch correspondingly.
4. After connecting the power cord, check whether the power instruction on the console panel can turn on the red light and the voltage instruction is 380V.
5. Turn the emergency stop switch on the panel and on the machine table into the pop-up form, and turn the air switch into the ON form.
6. Turn off the power switch on the panel, turn the machine selection switch to the manual position, and check the forward and reverse rotation of the motor (forward rotation in the direction of the arrow), then you can start debugging the mold.
