2. The oil temperature is too high
Hydraulic oil is the medium of hydraulic pressure in traditional work, and the temperature is between 35°C and 60°C. If the oil is greater than this temperature, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil will be destroyed and the lubricating oil film will become thinner, which will reduce the working efficiency of the system. If the situation is serious, there will be serious leakage, which will not only increase the wear of the machine, but also destroy the gap between the components, resulting in serious wear of the mating surface between the pump and valve, which will increase the frictional resistance and the valve core. The phenomenon of stuck may make the equipment unable to work normally.
At the same time, the oil temperature is too high will produce oil vaporization, a large amount of water evaporation, hydraulic components will produce cavitation, resulting in the hydraulic system can not work properly. In addition, it may cause accelerated aging of the rubber seal and shorten the life. 3. The hydraulic system is mixed with a large amount of air
