1. In order to avoid oil leakage at the shaft extension, when designing the gear pump, install two self-tightening rotating rubber seals at the journal;
2. When the long-term use of the gear pump leaks, it is basically caused by the aging or deterioration of the seal of the pipeline connection part, the high oil temperature, and the low oil viscosity.
Control valve in the process of processing, did not meet the requirements of the design drawings of the coaxial degree and chamfer, which is the main cause of oil leakage. The chamfer at both ends of the valve core cannot be used to 45. This chamfer is very harmful. When the valve core is assembled into the valve body, the O-ring is easily jammed. Divided into 3 cases:
1. When the coaxiality of the valve body hole to the O-ring groove exceeds the specified value, the O-ring is placed in the groove, and the compression on one side is very large, and the compression on the other side is small. When the deviation is serious, the O-ring will be cut off by half or one ring when installing the valve core in the valve hole. Plant test on the test bench, due to the short time, low oil temperature and no back pressure, will not find oil leakage, when used in hydraulic equipment for a period of time began to leak;
2. The coaxiality between the O-ring at both ends of the valve body and the main valve hole is qualified, and the chamfer at both ends of the valve core should be 15 °  ̄ 20 °. If it is greater than the specified value, the O-ring will also be broken;
3. The valve hole, O-ring and valve core are not coated with lubricating oil during assembly. A piece of O-ring can also be cut off when valve core is installed on the valve body.
