4. The pressure reducing valve in the speed control valve is stuck in the open position. When the load increases, the flow through the throttle valve decreases;
The advantage of hydraulic speed control valve is good flow stability, but the disadvantage is large pressure loss. It is often used in fixed pump throttle speed control system, with large load changes and high speed control accuracy, and sometimes used for variable pump oil supply volume adjustment speed hydraulic system. In the fixed pump oil supply throttle control hydraulic system, it can be combined with the pressure reducing valve to form a series of throttle valve and parallel throttle valve speed control circuit.
