Hydraulic punch debugging matters needing attention:

1. Wipe off the anti-rust oil and clean the whole machine.

2. Connect the cooling water.

3. Inject appropriate amount of hydraulic oil into the oil tank.

4. Turn on the power supply, and check whether the body is well grounded, close the master switch, start the motor (no oil start), pay attention to the rotation direction of the motor (according to the direction shown by the arrow on the sign)

Manual commissioning:

1. Move the automatic air switch to the ON position, and the power indicator will be on.

2, the selection switch to the manual position, press the power switch, the motor starts, wait for the motor and oil pump idling for a few minutes, observe whether the oil pump motor unit is running normally, check that there is no abnormality before the test run.

3. Press the up button, move the beam up to the dead center position, and then place the pressure test pad in the center of the workbench.
