A, the installation of each hydraulic component and its pipeline connection is correct and reliable. For example, whether the oil inlet and return ports of each valve are wrong, and whether the population, outlet and rotation direction of the hydraulic pump are consistent with those indicated on the pump.

B, to prevent chips, coolant, abrasive particles, dust and other impurities into the tank, the various hydraulic components of the protective device is available and intact and reliable.

c. Whether the oil in the oil tank and the oil level meet the requirements.

d. Whether the positions of hydraulic components, pipes and pipe joints in the system are convenient for installation, adjustment, inspection and repair. Check whether the pressure gauge and other instruments for observation are installed in the place convenient for observation.

If the visual inspection found a problem, should be corrected before use.

2. Refueling and moistening

According to the design requirements, use the specified brand of pressurized oil or grease. Add oil to the sliding part of the equipment, fill oil into the hydraulic pump with hydraulic oil, and rotate the hydraulic pump by hand according to the specified direction to make the pump full of hydraulic oil, so as to avoid burning or seizure due to lack of lubricating oil when the hydraulic pump starts.

3, familiar with the situation, to debug the machine in advance

Before use, the on-site equipment shall be inspected according to the equipment instruction manual and relevant technical data to understand the structure, performance, use process requirements and operation methods of the debugged equipment. Understand the connection between machinery, electricity, air pressure and the hydraulic system, carefully study the role of each component of the hydraulic system, figure out the actual installation position of each component on the equipment and its structure, performance and adjustment parts, and carefully analyze the circulating pressure of the hydraulic system Changes, changes in circulation speed and the power utilization of the system.
