2. relay fault
four-column hydraulic pressThere are many small relays in the control system. All action relays must work normally. If one fails, the equipment will work abnormally, as follows:
1. Hydraulic oil leakage
The pressure relay is mainly composed of a valve body, a plunger, a micro switch and a spring. Under the action of oil pressure, the axial movement of the plunger contacts the micro switch to switch the electrical signal. The gap between the plunger and the valve body is sealed.The manufacturing quality cannot be guaranteed. Excessive leakage will inevitably lead to a drop in system pressure, causing the pneumatic pump to compensate for excessive frequency and affecting its service life. When the system is under pressure, check whether the oil return port has too much oil.
Solution: solve the fault by replacing the new pressure relay.

2. The micro switch cannot be reset or interlocked with the electrical system
Due to long-term use, the micro switch return spring gradually loses its elasticity and cannot be reset,
Solution: replace the fatigue failure spring with the same thickness of copper (or thicker than the original reed).
3. solenoid cartridge valve solenoid failure
The solenoid coil of the electromagnetic cartridge valve is used for the action of the four-column hydraulic press. The damage or failure of the solenoid coil is generally caused by the unstable voltage. If there is a problem with the cone valve of the valve, the cone mouth is not tightly sealed and the valve sleeve is deformed,The wear of the valve core, the difficulty of loading and unloading, the lax sealing of the shuttle valve on the control cover, and the main valve core is not in the closed state, will cause the internal control of the system to be unstable, and the position of the actuator will also be unstable.
Solution: Remove the damaged solenoid cartridge valve solenoid and replace it with a new one.
4. button insensitive
The insensitivity of the button will basically not appear on the new equipment. The four-column hydraulic press must be debugged before leaving the factory, and the insensitivity of the button will generally appear on the old equipment.
Solution: Remove the button and clean the button. If there is dust below, you can use it after cleaning; if the button is damaged, you need to replace it with a new button.
5. can not use the holding time
The pressure holding time of the four-column hydraulic press is adjustable. The pressure holding time cannot reach the time we set, or the pressure holding is not good, it depends on whether the time relay of the control system can still work. We should check whether the one-way valve leaks;Whether the master cylinder sealing ring is leaking; whether the control program is confused to solve the problem.
Solution: If the one-way valve is faulty, it can be solved by replacing the one-way valve. If the sealing ring of the master cylinder leaks, the seal needs to be updated; If the control program is confused, the program needs to be rewritten,And put into the PLC controller.
6. voltage instability
When the voltage is unstable, the control system will also fail, resulting in many electronic components can not work normally, and if the rated voltage is not reached, the four-column hydraulic press cannot be controlled to work normally.
Solution: check whether the voltage is normal, once the voltage is too low or too high, it is necessary to stop the inspection line, if necessary, according to the regulator.
