The hydraulic punch press is controlled by PLC, and the speed, pressure and time are arbitrarily set on the screen, which is accurate and high in precision. The small series introduces the method of measuring accuracy from the following five aspects:
1, verticality, take a straight ruler (checked and the width can support the pointer table steel ball) placed in the 25T deep throat punching machine bed center and both ends of the orientation, with the pointer table to determine its left and right direction and front and rear direction of the big error.
2. Parallelism, place the slide seat in the lower direction, then place the pointer table on the bed table, and then move the left and right directions and the front and rear directions to determine the great error.
3. Positive (straight) viewpoint, place a straight-angle ruler in the center of the bed table, and place the pointer table on the sliding seat to make the sliding seat move up and down to determine its great error.
4. The straight point of view between the die (head) handle hole and the bottom surface of the sliding seat is based on the die (head) handle hole, and the pointer table is placed on the bottom surface of the sliding seat to reverse to determine the great errors in the left-right direction and the front-rear direction.
5. For the total clearance, the jack shall be placed in the center of the punch, the sliding seat shall be lowered to the bottom, and the pointer table shall be placed on the bottom surface of the sliding seat. The jack shall be pressurized to the standard pressure to make the sliding seat move slightly upward to determine its great error.
