① Before starting, the pump must be filled with clean hydraulic oil through the oil return port on the pump casing, otherwise it is not allowed to start.
Rotate the coupling by hand to check whether the pump shaft is rotating evenly (you can find whether there is a problem with the assembly of the pump), and check whether the two couplings are concentric and whether there is necessary axial clearance between the two couplings.

③ Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the specified rotation direction, and whether the oil inlet and outlet are installed correctly.
The hydraulic system should be empty load circulation loop, not to make the pump full load start and stop (easy to reduce the service life of the pump and cause the prime mover overload). The adjustment pressure of the safety valve in the hydraulic system shall not be greater than 35MPa.
⑤ When the pump is started, it will be started first.
