3, without the consent of the professional and technical personnel of the hydraulic machine manufacturer, the internal circuit of the electrical system and the hydraulic system pipeline of the forming hydraulic machine shall not be replaced without authorization, the hydraulic original shall not be replaced, the parts that do not meet the specifications shall not be replaced, and the structure of the hydraulic machine shall not be replaced.

Maintenance molding hydraulic press in a clean and clean purification workshop, remove the liquid pressure in the hydraulic press, and discharge the hydraulic oil without abnormal conditions; When the hydraulic oil pipe is removed, the oil pipe should be placed near the cleaning part. When cleaning, use clean plastic products or paraffin paper to wrap the tubing in the tubing opening position of the four-column hydraulic press. Never plug the tubing string with cotton yarn or rags. Be careful to prevent impurities from mixing in. When repairing more complex pipelines, the numbered white iron sheet or plastic sheet should be tied to the connection of each pipeline. The installation is convenient and there will be no wrong pipelines. Various hydraulic machine components and their parts should be properly stored and placed. No failure.
The hydraulic components and pipe fittings of the four-column hydraulic press should not be tightened too tightly to avoid oil leakage due to deformation of the shell or valve core. When replacing the rubber sealing ring of the hydraulic press, do not use sharp tools, but also be careful not to touch the working surface. O-rings or other seals should be immersed in oil before the device is delivered. After installing the four-column hydraulic press, the sealing ring must not be deformed to ensure the smooth progress of the sliding process. When repairing the hydraulic press, the sharp corners of the parts in contact with the O-ring or other seals should be passivated to prevent the sealing ring from being scratched by sharp corners or burrs.
The four-column hydraulic press has many processing appearances, and does not touch the processing appearance. Use appropriate tools to prevent damage to the hexagonal part of the bolt. After installation, various parts must be cleaned.
